Privacy Policy
The Extra Mile ("we") is run by Mordechai Edery in Ottawa, Canada. This policy covers the website at theextramile.io and the internal tools we use to run the business, including our Google OAuth application.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or forms. We do not collect personal information when you visit it. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and operations.
Our Google application
We operate a Google OAuth application for our own internal use. It is used only by the owner of The Extra Mile to access the owner's own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public or to clients.
When the owner signs in, the application may access Gmail data from that account in order to:
- read and search messages, to sort and summarize the owner's inbox;
- add and remove labels, and archive messages;
- create draft replies for the owner to review.
The application does not send email and does not delete email. Access tokens and any data retrieved are stored only on the owner's own computer. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
The Extra Mile's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Contacting us
If you email or call us, we use your message and contact details only to reply and to provide the services you ask about. We keep them as long as needed for that purpose and for our business records.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mordechai@theextramile.io.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
