By using The Extra Mile platform ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

The Extra Mile provides AI-powered business automation tools, including AI agents, analytics, and workflow automation. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One organization per account. Team members can be invited.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Free trials last 14 days. No credit card required to start.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other organizations' data
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We do not use your business data to train AI models or share it with other customers.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
